About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our real estate development team. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, code-compliant, and commercially viable architectural designs across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Documentation:

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents using CAD/BIM tools.
- Develop 3D models and renderings for internal reviews and client presentations.
- Translate conceptual designs by senior architects into detailed technical drawings.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing sets and revision logs.

Project Support:

- Assist in site surveys, due diligence assessments, and feasibility studies for new acquisitions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to integrate design requirements.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and regulatory documentation.
- Track project schedules and flag delays or design conflicts to the senior team.

Compliance & Research:

- Research and apply local building codes, zoning regulations, and land use policies.
- Ensure designs meet safety standards, accessibility requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Evaluate materials, finishes, and construction methods for cost and quality optimization.

Construction Administration:

- Review contractor shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses.




- Conduct periodic site visits to verify construction aligns with approved drawings.
- Document site observations and communicate discrepancies to senior architects.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Attend client meetings and prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes, and design briefs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce brochures, layouts, and unit plans.

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design or real estate development.
- Active registration or currently pursuing architectural licensure is a plus.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) required.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, or similar 3D modeling tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Exposure to construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Aconex) is an advantage.
