Jr. Research AnalystJob Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Research Analyst with strong skills in technical writing, research paper preparation, manuscript revision, and technical content development.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand complex technical concepts, analyze research data, prepare high-quality research manuscripts, respond to reviewer comments, and continuously learn emerging technologies. The role requires flexibility to work across different technical domains, including engineering, computer science, technology, and related fields.

Key Responsibilities

- Write original research papers based on research objectives, data findings, and technical requirements.
- Prepare transparent, precise, and scientifically sound manuscripts suitable for journals, conferences, and technical publications.
- Review, revise, and update research manuscripts based on reviewer comments and feedback.
- Ensure manuscripts meet required standards for technical accuracy, clarity, scientific rigor, and presentation.
- Conduct technical research and stay updated with the latest technologies, methodologies, tools, and research developments.
- Update research papers, reports, and technical content with recent findings and technological advancements.
- Adapt research and technical writing styles to different domains, including Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and other technical fields.
- Analyze technical data and convert research findings into well-structured and understandable written content.
- Ensure proper citation, referencing, and bibliography formatting according to required styles such as IEEE, APA, MLA, and other journal-specific formats.
- Search, organize, and verify relevant research references and scholarly sources.
- Create and edit graphs, charts, diagrams, tables, and technical illustrations to effectively present research findings.
- Ensure figures, tables, captions,



and references are properly aligned with the manuscript content.
- Carefully proofread research documents to identify technical, grammatical, formatting, and consistency-related issues.
- Collaborate with researchers, technical teams, and peers to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail while handling research and documentation tasks.
- Continuously learn new technologies, software tools, research methodologies, and technical domains.

Key RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience
- Experience in technical writing, research paper preparation, manuscript editing, or academic/technical documentation is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical writing and research skills may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Strong technical writing and editing skills.

- Ability to understand and analyze complex technical information.
- Ability to convert technical data and findings into structured research content.
- Knowledge of academic research papers, journals, conferences, and publication standards.

- Basic knowledge of research-oriented software, AI tools, or technical documentation tools.
- Understanding of journal and conference publication processes.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, research results, tables, and statistical data.
