NS3TechSolutions is looking for an experienced

Jira Implementation Engineer to join our team and support customer implementation projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for Jira implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand customer requirements.

- Configure and implement Jira based on business requirements.

- Configure projects, workflows, screens, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.

- Configure Jira Automation, dashboards, and reports.

- Support Jira Service Management (JSM), as required.

- Handle Jira integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting.

- Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

- Work directly with customer stakeholders and provide implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of hands-on Jira implementation and administration experience.

- Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, and automation.





- Experience with Jira Software and/or Jira Service Management.

- Knowledge of Jira REST API and integrations is preferred.

- Experience with Jira Cloud and/or Data Center.

- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage implementation activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Atlassian/Jira certification.

- ScriptRunner/Groovy experience.

- Confluence experience.
