JOB DETAILS

- Manage end-to-end import operations across major Indian ports, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Handle Import General Manifest (IGM) filing, Delivery Order (DO) release, invoicing, and import documentation.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, NVOCCs, principals, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor shipment status from pre-alert to final delivery, including transhipment updates, container movement, and de-stuffing at nominated CFS locations.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing shipment-related queries and maintaining solid customer relationships.
