## About the Role

We are looking for a Jewellery ERP Support Executive to provide day-to-day support to our clients using our Jewellery ERP software.

The candidate should be good at understanding client issues, explaining solutions, providing training, and coordinating with the internal technical team when required.

## Key Responsibilities

Provide ERP support to clients through phone, WhatsApp and online sessions.

Understand and resolve client issues related to ERP operations.

Guide clients on ERP features, processes and workflows.

Provide user training and support whenever required.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.

Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain proper records of client issues, requirements and feedback.

Assist clients during ERP implementation and day-to-day operations.

Understand jewellery business processes and suggest suitable ERP solutions.

## Requirements





1–4 years of experience in ERP Support, Software Support or Customer Support.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Basic understanding of ERP and business processes.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to learn and understand software quickly.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Jewellery industry experience will be an advantage.

ERP knowledge/experience will be an advantage.

Experience with Jewellery ERP software will be highly preferred.

## Education

B.Com / BBA / MBA / Computer or IT-related qualification preferred.

Relevant experience and practical knowledge will also be considered.
