About the Role

We are looking for a strong Java Developer with hands-on backend development experience to work on scalable and high-performance FinTech applications .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Build secure and highly available REST APIs.
- Develop and enhance Microservices-based applications.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and drive technical improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions.
- Follow engineering best practices and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Microservices
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- REST APIs
- CI/CD

Valuable to Have Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike, ELK, AWS/Azure/GCP, OpenShift, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, BFSI/FinTech experience.

Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech

Also Considered: B.Sc + MCA
