- Hands on experience in developing applications using Java EE platforms.

- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory

Management, Transaction management etc)

Good exposure to various Design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Spring,

Microservices, REST, SQL, kafka etc

- Good knowledge of Open-Source tools a must.

Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flow charts, Layout diagrams, code comments and clear code.

- Strong experience in relational databases and SQL. Knowledge of

NoSQL is a must.

- Should be a good team player - Needs to work with technical leads/

business leads to arrive at solutions.
