Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and platform administration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB , and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work extensively on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Configure and maintain CMDB , including CI relationships, data integrity, and CMDB best practices.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs .
- Configure workflows and Flow Designer to automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment,



and post-production support.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB .
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture .
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of CMDB/Discovery or other ServiceNow modules will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
