As we continue to expand across India, we're looking for an IT Support Executive to join our team at our Thrissur corporate office.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes — systems running, issues resolved, and the whole office set up to work without interruption. As IT Support Executive, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech at our Thrissur corporate office.

This role suits someone who's calm under pressure, genuinely likes solving problems, and takes pride in things simply working the way they should.

What You'll Do

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across hardware, software, and network issues

Set up and maintain systems, workstations, and office IT infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner





Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic network administration

Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT services

Maintain IT asset records and ensure systems are updated and secure

Support the setup of tools and systems for new employees

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking

Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac environments, networking, and common office software

Good communication skills to support non-technical employees patiently A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

Someone dependable, organised, and comfortable being the first point of contact for tech issues
