IT Support / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support / IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support the organization's computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and security infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, firewalls, and VPNs, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Support and manage Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Manage Microsoft technologies, including:

- Active Directory

- DNS

- DHCP

- Windows OS
- Perform user account creation, modification, password resets, and access management in Active Directory.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Support firewall management and security configurations.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity for users and remote employees.
- Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify and resolve security-related issues involving systems, networks, and user access.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain hardware and software.




- Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate infrastructure or security teams when required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Support.
- Good understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS.
- Robust knowledge of Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
- Good understanding of network administration.
- Experience with firewalls and firewall management.
- Knowledge of VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of IT security fundamentals.
