Position: IT Hardware & Network Executive

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage office LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows systems, drivers, applications and peripherals.
- Handle system formatting, OS installation, software installation and updates.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory and records.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
- Troubleshoot internet, connectivity, printer and network-related problems.
- Support CCTV, biometric systems and other office IT equipment, if required.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, networking and maintenance requirements.




- Ensure proper security, backup and maintenance of company systems.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers and switches.
- Hands-on experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of network security and troubleshooting tools.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues independently.

Qualification :

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ or Network+ will be an advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
