We’re Hiring | Inventory Executive – The Kathi's

As The Kathis continues to grow across Delhi NCR, we’re strengthening our backend operations and looking for an Inventory Executive to join our team.

The role will be responsible for managing and tracking inventory across our central kitchen and outlets, including stock movement, wastage control, replenishment, stock rotation and coordination with outlet teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track inventory across the central kitchen and outlets
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
- Monitor central kitchen dispatches and outlet receipts
- Track wastage, shortages and inventory variances
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO and expiry controls
- Coordinate stock requirements and replenishment
- Monitor deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare regular stock and wastage reports

What we're looking for:





- 1–3 years of relevant inventory/stores experience
- QSR / Restaurant / F&B; experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Petpooja or restaurant POS experience is a plus
- Solid attention to detail and comfortable working on-ground
- Comfortable travelling between locations across Delhi NCR
