- Understand customer queries and provide accurate, relevant, and timely solutions through chat.
- Maintain excellent written English with proper grammar, spelling, and qualified communication.
- Handle multiple customer chats efficiently while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Meet process targets such as response time, productivity, chat quality, resolution rate, and attendance.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
