Roles & Responsibilities
- Deal with international/foreign customers through calls, emails, and chats.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle the complete sales process, from initial pitching to closing the sale.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and qualify for performance-based incentives.
- Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in International Sales, BDE, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent English fluency is mandatory.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve monthly sales goals.
