Company Description Libre Essence Studio Ananta™ by Anuragk Gupta is an art studio dedicated to an evolving philosophy where consciousness, spirituality, freedom, and creativity are expressed through contemporary visual forms. Working in contemporary abstraction and spiritually resonant art, the studio creates paintings, sculptures, installations, functional art, and immersive environments for collectors, architects, institutions, and hospitality spaces. Each work is treated as an experiential atmosphere designed to evoke reflection, connection, and transformation, and is backed by detailed provenance and archival context.

Role Description This full-time remote role of International Business Development & Institutional Relations Partner focuses on expanding Studio Ananta’s presence across global markets and institutional ecosystems. The Partner will identify, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with collectors, galleries, museums, cultural institutions, curators, architects, designers, hospitality groups, and philanthropic organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, developing partnership proposals, coordinating cross-border projects, and tracking opportunities from initial contact through agreement and ongoing relationship management.
The role involves collaborating closely with the studio on positioning, presentations, and narrative development, as well as supporting Cultural Exchanges® programs, exhibitions, talks, and collaborative initiatives. The Partner will also provide structured feedback on market trends, help refine international outreach strategies, and ensure that institutional relationships align with the studio’s values around consciousness, culture, and philanthropy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development and Training to guide partners, collaborators, and internal stakeholders in representing the studio’s philosophy and offerings effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, international collaborations, and long-term institutional programs.
- Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities to understand partner needs, shape tailored art and cultural solutions, and advise on integration of Studio Ananta’s work into diverse environments.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate opportunities, build pipelines, negotiate agreements, and support sustainable revenue growth across international markets.
- Relevant additional qualifications include experience in international business development or institutional relations, preferably within art, culture, design, hospitality, or philanthropy; excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort working across time zones and cultures; and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, International Relations, or a related field is beneficial, along with
