We are looking to hire an HR Analytics Intern for a 1-year internship .

If you enjoy working with data, building dashboards in Power BI , analysing datasets in Excel , and turning numbers into meaningful stories that drive HR decisions, we would love to hear from you. Feel free to apply or share with someone who might be interested.

Duration - 1 year (Paid internship)

- Assist in analysing HR data related to compensation, headcount, workforce trends, and people analytics to identify meaningful insights.

• Use advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, and data manipulation) to organize and prepare HR datasets for analysis.

• Build interactive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, compensation trends, and workforce insights.





• Translate raw HR data into clear data-driven stories and visual insights that help HR leaders understand trends and support strategic decision-making.

• Identify patterns and trends in HR datasets and present actionable insights through charts, dashboards, and reports .

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR data while handling sensitive employee information.

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to present insights in a explicit and compelling way using data visualization .

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively using data and visual storytelling .

- Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, visuals, basic DAX preferred)
- Interest in HR Analytics, data storytelling, and workforce analytics
