Role & responsibilities

- plan project timelines, milestones and site activities.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress.
- Check work against drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors.
- Provide clear progress updates to homeowners.
- Identify delays, quality issues and execution risks.
- Track materials, manpower and project dependencies.

- Document scope changes and their impact on cost and timelines.
- Resolve project issues and follow up until closure.
- Prepare snag lists and manage final project handover.
- Manage multiple residential projects at the same time.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in residential /commercial construction, architecture, civil works, site management or project management.
- Positive understanding of construction methods, drawings, BOQs and materials.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good planning, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
