Job Title: Architect /n Location: Powai, Mumbai /n About Us: THE WOODPECKERS is a agile interior design firm specializing in creating innovative and functional spaces. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of high-end interior projects. /n Key Responsibilities: /n ● Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes. /n ● Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans. /n ● Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop. /n ● Assess site conditions, conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions. /n ● Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.



/n ● Ensure timely project execution by supervising construction and installation processes. /n ● Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. /n ● Lead architectural design and planning for commercial high-rise buildings and corporate interior projects. /n ● Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications. /n Requirements : /n ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. /n ● 10+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in interior commercial projects. /n ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bim, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. /n ● Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning. /n ● Excellent communication and project management skills. /n ● Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. /n
