Position: Insurance Officer – Travel Insurance

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Officer to manage travel insurance operations and provide exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of travel insurance products, policy issuance procedures, claims handling, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Process travel insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
- Advise customers regarding suitable travel insurance plans based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for policy issuance, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with claim submissions and claim status follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Verify customer documents and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through telephone, email,



and other communication channels.
- Work closely with the sales, visa, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and service providers.
- Achieve assigned productivity and service quality targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of two years of experience in travel insurance operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
