- Maintenance and troubleshooting of ABB DCS 800xA systems.
- Guide maintenance team in breakdown resolution and reliability improvement.
- Calibration and repair of process field instruments.
- Troubleshooting of networking and communication systems (Profibus).
- Setup of testing stations for valves and controllers.
- Implement CAPA and ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and ISO documentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Lead and guide maintenance teams independently.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of independent team handling experience.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Customer-focused with strong ownership mindset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
- Familiar with safety standards and ISO systems
