Led by a distinguished faculty comprising ICPC World Finalists and ex-professionals from ISRO, Microsoft, MakeMyTrip, and several other leading tech organizations, NST is building a scalable, high-impact model that produces industry-ready talent for the world’s most advanced technology roles. /n /n About the Role: We are looking for a Competitive Programming / DSA enthusiast who can inspire and mentor the next generation of software engineers. /n As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Data Structures & Algorithms and Competitive Programming , helping students develop strong problem-solving skills and preparing them for coding competitions, technical interviews, and software engineering careers. /n This role is particularly suited for someone who has a strong programming background and genuinely enjoys solving challenging problems and teaching others how to approach them . /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Conduct engaging classroom sessions on DSA and Competitive Programming .

/n

- Teach algorithms, data structures, problem-solving techniques, and coding patterns.

/n

- Mentor students through progressively challenging coding problems.

/n

- Prepare coding assignments, contests, assessments, and practice problems.

/n

- Conduct doubt-solving and individual/group mentoring sessions.

/n

- Help students improve their performance on platforms such as Codeforces, CodeChef, LeetCode,



and AtCoder .

- Mentor students for competitive programming contests and technical interviews.

/n

- Track student performance and provide actionable feedback.

/n

- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum, problem sets, and learning outcomes.

/n /n /n What We're Looking For: /n /n

- 2-5 years of experience in Software Development, Competitive Programming, Coding Instruction, Teaching Assistance, or a related field.

/n

- Strong command of Data Structures & Algorithms .

/n

- Strong programming skills in C++ preferred.

/n

- Demonstrated Competitive Programming experience.

/n

- Experience with platforms such as Codeforces, CodeChef, AtCoder, LeetCode , etc.

/n

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

/n

- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

/n

- A genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students .

- Strong Codeforces / CodeChef rating .

- ICPC participation or experience in competitive programming contests.

/n

- Experience mentoring students or conducting coding sessions.

- Experience creating programming problems or conducting coding contests.
