Looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Counselor to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales , excellent communication and counseling skills, and a proven track record of converting leads into enrollments.
Experience in selling Data Science, Data Analytics, or other technology-focused programs will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into successful student enrollments.
- Counsel prospective students and understand their career goals, requirements, and learning needs.
- Explain courses, programs, benefits, eligibility, and career opportunities effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and other communication channels to maximize conversions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Build rapport with prospects and address their queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM, including lead status, follow-ups, calls, interactions,
and conversions.
- Track leads throughout the complete sales cycle and ensure timely closure.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Participate in performance reviews and contribute to improving sales and conversion strategies.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in EdTech Sales – Mandatory .
- Experience in selling Data Science / Data Analytics programs will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent student counseling and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to convert leads and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Stable career profile with no significant career gaps.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced sales environment.
