Infrastructure Windows 365 / Intune / MECM Customer Engineer

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Duration: Full Time

Experience level: 8-20 years

We are looking for a highlyskilled Infrastructure Windows 365 / Intune / MECM Customer Engineer tojoin our team. This role involves working directly with our Microsoft customersto provide strategic and proactive assistance. The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in managing and supporting Windows Client environments anda strong understanding of hybrid infrastructures and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

The Win365 / MECM (akaSCCM)/Intune Customer Engineer will work directly with customers, as aconsultant and technical advisor to:

Design, Deploy, Review and Assess the health ofthe infrastructure and clients around Windows 365 service and associatedconfiguration management requirements of these services

Upgrade, update and maintain the Win365environment

Troubleshoot issues with infrastructure andclients

Tune and optimize for performance

Assist with reporting

Assist in setting up Management with Intune

Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshootingSoftware Updates feature

Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshootingTask Sequences

Provide training in all areas of Win365 and itsongoing management to ensure customer goals are met

Ideal candidate experience:

8+ years working as a depth expert and technologyowner or consultant around virtual desktop infrastructure and contemporary endpointmanagement





Ability to present to multiple levels of customerleadership.

Ability to act as a consultant and architect formultiple customers.

Win365/Windows Desktop using associated modernmanagement tooling

Package/Application creation

Desktop OS Upgrades using different approaches

Intune and Co-Management experience

SSRS Reporting and/or PowerBI experience

PowerShell scripting

Deep level knowledge in at least3 of the above categories

Technical Skills Requirements:Microsoft Win365/VDI/ Endpoint Configuration Manager

Broad knowledge of ALL the MECMareas below, with deep understanding of (at least) 4 of the following:

Infrastructure

Design

Deployment

Upgrades

Maintenance, Health, Tuning

Troubleshooting

Windows 365 and Desktop Upgrades

Software Updates

Compliance

Software Distribution
