Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Specialist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Import Export

Specialist will manage day-to-day import and export operations, including preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves tracking shipments, resolving clearance issues, and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting. The specialist will communicate with clients, customs authorities,



and internal teams to provide status updates and address operational queries.

The position also includes monitoring regulatory changes, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement in logistics and customs clearance activities.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of import, export, and import export procedures, with practical experience in international trade.
- Hands-on experience in customs brokerage, including documentation, tariff classification, and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and trade documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in using logistics, shipping, and documentation software or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with clients, authorities, and partners.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, international business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
