What you’ll be doing
- Handling client consultations and inquiries
- Understanding clients’ immigration requirements
- Explaining suitable immigration options and processes
- Managing follow-ups and client relationships
- Coordinating with the processing team
- Working towards individual & team targets
- Maintaining client information and follow-ups in CRM
