Role Description The Immigration Consultant – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves consulting with prospective clients, assessing their eligibility for various visa and immigration programs, and presenting suitable options aligned with their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, explaining visa processes and documentation requirements, preparing and reviewing application files, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications.

The consultant will manage leads, follow up with inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets. The role also includes staying up to date on immigration policies, participating in promotional activities or information sessions,



and providing professional, ethical, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration processes, with the ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
- Practical experience with different visa categories, including PR and temporary visas, and an understanding of destination-specific visa pathways.
- Familiarity with basic legal concepts related to immigration law and compliance, ensuring accurate and lawful guidance.
- Consulting skills including client needs assessment, personalized guidance, and solution-oriented recommendations.
- Proven sales and client relationship management skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets in a consultative workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, record-keeping, and process management, with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort using office productivity tools and CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client data.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or certification in law, immigration, international studies, or business is beneficial.
- Previous experience in immigration consulting, visa services, or a related advisory/sales role is preferred.
