- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients and provide professional assistance.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain excellent verbal communication and demonstrate a clear, neutral, and confident accent.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Meet process targets such as call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
