Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hybrid Cloud Consultant / Modern Workplace Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and SharePoint Online.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, implementing and optimizing Modern Endpoint Management, Hybrid Identity and Microsoft 365 environments, including migration from traditional on-premise AD management to Intune-based modern management.

This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong technical implementation, troubleshooting, architecture assessment, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune & Modern Endpoint Management

- Design and implement Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
- Configure device compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines and application deployment.
- Implement Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning.
- Configure MDM/MAM and modern endpoint management solutions.
- Integrate endpoint security solutions including SentinelOne.
- Support migration from traditional device management/AD-based management to Intune.

Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
- Manage M365 tenant configuration, users, licenses, service health, audit logs and reporting.
- Implement security, access control and user lifecycle best practices.
- Assess existing M365 environments and recommend optimization opportunities.

Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory
- Administer and optimize On-Premises Active Directory, OUs,



GPOs and Windows Server 2022 identity services.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Work with Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Azure AD Join, Conditional Access, MFA and SSO.
- Implement RBAC, Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and identity governance.
- Design identity and access controls aligned with Zero Trust principles.

SharePoint Online
- Assess and optimize SharePoint Online architecture, sites, permissions and content organization.
- Design departmental and project sites.
- Implement metadata, retention, information protection and governance policies.
- Manage sharing policies, permissions and external access.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Automate / Power Apps where required.

Consulting, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Assess existing IT environments, identify gaps and recommend remediation plans.
- Prepare architecture documents, SOPs, operational guides and governance documentation.
- Conduct technical knowledge-transfer sessions for IT teams.
- Provide recommendations for secure, scalable and well-governed Microsoft environments.
- Work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams.

Experience Required
- 8–12 years overall IT Infrastructure / Modern Workplace experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Proven experience implementing or optimizing Microsoft Intune and Up-to-date Endpoint Management.
- Experience migrating organizations from traditional Active Directory-based management to Intune.
- Strong experience with M365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
- Experience conducting infrastructure/M365 assessments and recommending remediation or optimization plans.
- Strong PowerShell scripting experience for automation, reporting and bulk administration.
- Experience in consulting, project delivery or managed services environments.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder management and knowledge-transfer skills.

Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in Enterprise IT, BFSI, IT/ITES or other compliance-driven environments will be preferred.
