Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves overseeing HVAC installation and insulation activities at project sites. The HVAC Site Engineer will review HVAC designs and drawings, coordinate with project managers and contractors, and ensure that ducting, piping, and insulation work meets technical specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising site teams, monitoring installation quality, troubleshooting HVAC issues, and planning maintenance and repair work as required.

The role also includes preparing site reports, tracking material usage, supporting project schedules, and collaborating with the quality and safety teams to maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in HVAC Engineering and general HVAC systems knowledge.
- Candidates should possess skills in HVAC Design and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for reviewing and updating HVAC layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC equipment and related mechanical components.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in site supervision for HVAC or insulation projects, preferably in Pharma HVAC.
- Strong understanding of safety practices, quality standards, and relevant industry codes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with site teams, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
