About the Role:

HonorVet Technologies is looking for a confident, people-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage employee-facing HR activities, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR documentation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills , be comfortable interacting with employees, and have the confidence to be the face of HR on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Onboarding

- Manage employee documentation, records, and HR trackers.
- Coordinate and conduct employee induction and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and HR documentation.

Employee Engagement

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Regularly interact with employees and understand their feedback and concerns.
- Build a positive employee experience and strong employee connect.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Communication & Coordination





- Communicate HR updates, policies, and initiatives effectively to employees.
- Conduct employee briefings, sessions, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams on employee-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or HR Coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, presentation, and employee-handling skills.
- Confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
