Designation: Asst Manager/Manager/Sn. Manager - Human Resources

Location: Manesar

HR Policies: Conceptualized and implemented policies, driving standardization, compliance and operational consistencies. Update HR Manual.

Performance Management System: Handling Appraisals

Statutory Compliance & IR: ESI audit, factory audit by ensuring 100% statutory compliance and annual return submission under Factory Act, Minimum wages act, Maternity Benefit act, Workmen Compensation Act, Contract Labour Act,



& Payment of Wages Act through robust HR audits.

Attendance & Payroll: Ensure timely execution of all payroll, NON CTC claims & Reimbursements. Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and perks. Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves.

Employee Life Cycle: Talent Acquisition & Management, Recruitment Process, on Boarding, BGV

Manpower planning: Optimize manpower planning by aligning it with business goals, conduct a thorough skill gap analysis to identify current and future needs.

Training & Development: 100% employees trained in core competencies annually through structured TNI and 100% implementation of the Training plan.

Employee Relationship: Design and implement employee engagement & recognition initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment and to enhance employee experience.

Education: Graduate / PG
