About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while taking ownership of recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, documentation, and people processes.

You will work closely with management and different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and help build a robust, professional, and people-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- Understand hiring requirements from different teams and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and other routine HR activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communication.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers,



and workforce-related documentation.
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support performance management, employee feedback, and other people initiatives.
- Stay updated with applicable HR practices and employment requirements.
- Take ownership of additional HR projects and initiatives as the organization grows.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and HR activities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, recruitment portals, and HR tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
