Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management. The role involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations and grievance resolution. The individual will coordinate recruitment activities, assist in training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR administration, and compliance.
- Proven skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, including the ability to implement and maintain policy frameworks.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements, preferably within the consultancy or services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
