- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, certificates, LOR)

- Maintain employee/intern records and databases

- Employee engagement

- Assist in onboarding and engagement activities

- Handle basic employee/intern queries

- Learning & development

- Coordinate training sessions and track participation

- Support skill development initiatives

- Performance management

- Assist in tracking performance and evaluations

- Maintain feedback and performance records

- HR reporting & support
