Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination
- Handle onboarding activities
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
- Manage employee documentation and HR MIS
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Robust coordination and organizational abilities
✔️ Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
