Role & responsibilities

- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.

- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.

- Negotiate salary and employment offers with candidates.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and database management.

- Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies.

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles.
