Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition skilled to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer and joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer-to-joining process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools/ATS.

Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
