HR Recruiter : Non-IT Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills and be comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, marketing, and other non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Handle recruitment for Sales, Pre-Sales, Relationship Managers, Marketing, Operations, and other Non-IT roles.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics such as source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, joining ratio, and time-to-hire.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in volume hiring and sales recruitment will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Valuable candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of the Bengaluru talent market will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
