Role & responsibilities The HR Officer is responsible for Payroll Processing, Time & Attendance , Leave Management , Statutory compliance , Onboarding, Induction, end to end employee life cycle , managing the employees personal files etc.
Preferred candidate profile The HR officer prefer hands on experience in Keka Payroll software, Statutory compliance as per factories act and labor laws etc.
