- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, organizational challenges, and workforce planning.
- Provide insights on employee productivity, retention, engagement, and team effectiveness.

- Team Leadership – Recruitment &
- HR Operations

- Lead and mentor the Recruitment and HR Operations teams to ensure productive delivery of HR services.
- Review workforce requirements and recruitment plans to ensure timely talent acquisition.
- Oversee HR operations including employee lifecycle management, payroll inputs, HRMS administration, documentation, and statutory compliance through the respective team leads.
- Establish service standards, monitor team performance, and drive continuous process improvement.
