- Ensure that no active candidate is left without a clear status or follow-up action.
- Proactively identify potential recruitment delays and take corrective action.
- Ensure successful conversion of selected candidates into actual joiners.
- Recruitment responsibility does not end with interview coordination; the HR professional is expected to drive the process until the candidate joins.
D. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly recruitment MIS covering:
- Candidates selected
- Offers released
- Offers accepted
- Candidates joined
- Candidates rejected
- Candidates dropped / not joined

Proactive, responsible and result-oriented.
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working directly with Management and Department Heads.
Capable of independently handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Strong in candidate sourcing and follow-up.
Good at maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS.
Comfortable working in a **manufacturing / engineering environment
Willing to take ownership and deliver recruitment results within defined timelines.

The primary objective is to ensure that the right candidate is recruited, within the required timeline, for every approved vacancy.
