Job Overview

Navdisha Corporation is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist relevant candidates and share profiles with the concerned team/client.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and social media channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.





Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation preferred; candidates with relevant recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate sourcing platforms.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

Experience Freshers with a robust interest in recruitment can apply.

Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience will be preferred.
