Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Stipend: INR 10,000 -to- INR 15,000 per month
1 Job Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and hiring of various positions for OwlMinds by researching candidates through different platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, and other relevant channels.
- Conducting initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, computer proficiency, confidence, and suitability for the role.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews via Video Conferencing Meet.
- Sharing employment contracts with selected candidates.
- Ensuring contracts are duly signed and facilitating onboarding.
2 Targets
You will be assigned performance targets as determined by the company, primarily based on the number of contracts signed and successful onboarding, within the given time.
(Targets may vary based on requirements of the company decided by management)
3 Notice Period
- Minimum Service Period / Commitment - The employee agrees to serve the company for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of joining.
- In case of termination by the company, a 7-day notice period will be applicable.
- In case of resignation by the employee, a 30-day notice period must be served.
4 General Terms
You are expected to maintain confidentiality of company information and adhere to always company policies. If not obliged, the company holds rights to legal action.
5 Working
- You are required to work from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday’s are your week-off.
6 Requirements
- Having their own working laptop and phone.
