Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. This is a outstanding opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

· Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

· Conduct initial screening/interviews through phone or online platforms.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.





· Assist in handling and coordinating a team.

· Meet recruitment targets and timelines.

· Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Required Skills:

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

· Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.

· Good sourcing and screening abilities.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
