Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – People to manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment and manpower vendor management. The role will focus on building a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end blue-collar/frontline hiring from sourcing to joining.

● Source candidates through manpower vendors, consultants, job portals, references, and local recruitment drives.

● Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable manpower vendors and recruitment agencies.

● Share hiring requirements with vendors and ensure timely submission of relevant profiles.

● Screen candidates, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.

● Organize walk-in interviews, bulk hiring drives, and local recruitment activities as required.

● Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize offer dropouts.

● Monitor vendor performance, candidate quality, joining ratio, and turnaround time.





● Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular updates on open positions, profiles, interviews, selections,offers, and joining.

● Coordinate effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.

Candidate should be comfortable and willing to travel across Mumbai

Qualification & Experience

● Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

● 2–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar/frontline hiring| Freshers who are keen on building their career in Human Resources can also apply.

● Prior experience in manpower vendor management or bulk hiring will be preferred.

● Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
