We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing and recruitment activities for Domestic IT & Non-IT requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and other recruitment channels
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned IT & Non-IT requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably Domestic IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Good knowledge of Boolean Search techniques
- Tamil and English language proficiency is mandatory
- Candidates based in Tamil Nadu will be preferred
