About the Role

Zorba AI is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Technical Recruitment Executive to join our team.

The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, documentation, and technical recruitment . The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in both HR operations and technical hiring.

Key Responsibilities

? HR Operations & Compliance

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, contracts, HR induction, and BGV .
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, trackers, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate PF and other statutory compliance with consultants/vendors.
- Support audits and maintain required HR/compliance records.
- Manage employee timesheets and coordinate timely submission and approvals.
- Coordinate HR-related invoicing and vendor requirements.

? Technical Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and other channels .
- Recruit for roles across Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Development, and other IT domains .
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer rollouts,



and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with candidates, consultants, staffing vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and recruitment reports.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Technical Recruitment, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in technical/IT recruitment .
- Good understanding of PF and statutory compliance .
- Experience with employee onboarding, documentation, BGV, and HR operations .
- Good understanding of IT roles, especially Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Development , etc.
- Experience in staff augmentation/contract staffing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub , etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation .
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.
