HR Manager – Hotel Industry

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Manager to manage human resource functions for our hotel. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and exit processes.
- Handle recruitment and staffing requirements across hotel departments.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, selection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts when required.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace workplace.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee training, orientation, and development activities.




- Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing and workforce requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic HR policies and employment practices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
