About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Lead to drive large-scale recruitment and HR business partnering for our growing Technical Facilities Management and Maintenance Services business. The role requires a strong recruitment leader capable of managing high-volume hiring while partnering with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workforce effectiveness across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technician, supervisor, engineer, and middle-management positions.
- Drive annual hiring targets of 1,500 - 2,000 employees across multiple locations and business verticals.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, contractors, institutes, and local hiring channels.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for technical and maintenance service roles.
- Manage recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements and workforce planning.




- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and bulk hiring initiatives.

- Promote Field recruitment process

HR Business Partnering & Generalist Activities (20%)

- Act as an HR partner to business and operations leaders.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workforce productivity initiatives.
- Coordinate with site HR teams to address employee concerns and improve employee experience.
- Monitor attrition trends and recommend retention strategies.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR interventions that strengthen organizational culture and increase employee satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1012 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to high-volume recruitment.
- Proven experience in hiring technical workforce, maintenance staff, facility management professionals, and middle-management talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, manpower planning, and workforce management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; knowledge of additional South Indian languages will be an advantage.
- Presentable, confident, assertive, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems/ATS.
