Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Fresher role based exclusively in Rajkot; relocating candidates are not suitable for this position. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The HR Fresher will coordinate basic employee benefits administration, support attendance and leave tracking, and assist in handling employee queries under guidance from senior HR team members.

The position also includes preparing HR documentation,



contributing to HR-related reporting, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth people processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and their implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits understanding and basic administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HR documentation and data entry.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and willingness to learn and grow in the HR function.
- Availability to work on-site in Rajkot and familiarity with local language and culture is an advantage.
